You can become a part of the Soaring Angel family!
Soaring Angels are...
Young women ready to soar, willing to meet with supportive mentors and bring greater stability to their families.
ARE YOU...
- Female head of household (can have a partner).
- Any age.
- Pregnant or baby under 12 months old.
- Comfortable with faith-based activities (may be a part of the program, not required).
WE WILL PROVIDE...
- Supportive, parent and child centered case management.
- Connection and help from church volunteers.
- Community health worker support to design and follow a plan for ideal health for mom and children.
- Group meetings and activities.
- Potentially: housing support, child care assistance, education help and more!
