Soaring Angels are...

Young women ready to soar, willing to meet with supportive mentors and bring greater stability to their families.

• Female head of household (can have a partner).
• Any age.
• Pregnant or baby under 12 months old.
• Comfortable with faith-based activities (may be a part of the program, not required).

• Supportive, parent and child centered case management.
• Connection and help from church volunteers.
• Community health worker support to design and follow a plan for ideal health for mom and children
